Alliance Investments expands into York with latest residential project

A Manchester-based developer has expanded its growing nationwide property portfolio into the historic city of York.

Alliance Investments' latest scheme - City Gate - is set to provide 62 stylish apartments just a stone's throw from the heart of York’s historic and picturesque city centre. The city is famed for its iconic Minster and its medieval streets, as well as the remains of its formerly Roman walls.

Alliance Investments have been appointed to provide all sales, marketing, and branding for the City Gate project, which has a predicted completion data of Q1 2023. All apartments in City Gate York will be available for sale through Alliance Investments from £263,000.
