A two-bedroom £570,000 penthouse has been sold by Stanley Dock Properties.

The 1,658 square foot property that overlooks the waters of Stanley Dock in Liverpool is located at the Grade II listed Victorian Tobacco Warehouse.

Joint sole selling agents Beauchamp Estates and Logic Estate Agents claim that for housing in Liverpool the property sold for a record price.
