Located in the heart of Hanwell in West London, Windmill Lodge offers residents plenty of transport links and nearby facilities.

Brent Meadow and Brent Lodge Park are nearby, making it an excellent destination for a variety of residents who appreciate green spaces. Walkers and cyclists are likely to enjoy the local leafy towpath including seven locks.

Kash Pindoria, director at Pluto, said: “Hanwell is one of London's last, truly undiscovered gems. The location puts London lifestyle right on your doorstep, without compromising on green spaces. Uxbridge Road runs through the town centre offering a collection of friendly independent cafés, bars, shops, traditional English pubs as well as the 1930s Hanwell Clock Tower.

The neighbourhood is positioned in a well-established part of west London offering a wonderfully relaxed, village feel. This is in addition to the renowned local primary and secondary schools nearby making it the ideal home for both commuters, families and those working from home alike.”

The apartments are both contemporary and stylish with real wood-engineered flooring and underfloor heating, energy-efficient lights, a smart home heating system, Bosch and Neff appliances in the kitchen, and bathrooms including Italian Catalano & Gessi products.

Chloe Dixon, associate director in the New Homes team at Colliers, comments: “Windmill Lodge is a stunning new development, offering modern living with excellent transport connections to the city. With the opening of the Elizabeth Line this will make the rest of London so accessible with commute times from Hanwell to the West End now just 17 minutes. This is an excellent opportunity for first time buyers to utilise the Help to Buy scheme before it ends in March next year.”
