National Landlord Investment Show is back tomorrow - get your tickets now

The National Landlord Investment Show, widely considered to be the UK's number one landlord and property investment exhibition, is returning to Old Billingsgate, in the heart of London, tomorrow (Tuesday March 15) for the first show of 2022.

Hosting 100-plus exhibitors, 50-plus speakers and four panel sessions, the founders behind the show say it stands to be the most spectacular Landlord Investment Show event to date.

"We are absolutely delighted to be returning to Old Billingsgate after the huge success of last year’s London show. We have exhibitors from all compass points of the property and investment sector, plus expert speakers offering excellent advice and brilliant panel sessions," Tracey Hanbury, co-founder of the show, said.

"Our March event marks our 72nd live show so we really know our audience. Being landlords ourselves we also know exactly what the market needs, and how to translate that requirement into producing top quality events. As always, access to all of this is free, you just need to register via our website. Although I’d be quick as the tickets are going like hotcakes."

The team say that the show has everything you could conceivably need as a buy-to-let landlord or potential property investor, offering legal advice, finance suppliers, investment opportunities, tax experts, property management, education and mentoring, the latest PropTech, furnishings/decor and a range of other helpful services, all under one roof. Well-known former BBC presenter and Sunday Times editor Andrew Neil returns to chair the 'Morning Panel Debate'.

The founders argue that another huge draw of the show is the panel sessions, which feature experts from property, investment, media and government. The 'lively' debates offer real insight into the UK property sector from those on the inside.

The March 15 show is no exception, the team insist, with the panel sessions kicking-off at 10:15 with '2022 Property Forecast: Rain or Shine?' chaired by Andrew Neil, along with Chris Bailey (co-founder of Less Tax 4 Landlords), Kam Dovedi (founder of Premier Property Education) and Naveen Jaspal (chief operating officer at Mashroom).

Meanwhile, the late-morning session at 11:30 deals with the perennial question: 'What investment is right for you in 2022?'. Chaired by Paul Mahoney, (founder and managing director of Nova Financial Group) and featuring Kam Dovedi, Reece Mennie (chief executive of HJ Collection) and Josh Riddett (managing director of Easy Crypto Hunter).

The final panel session of the day: ‘A commonwealth of post-Brexit opportunity and building wealth through relationships’ aims to take a look at broader opportunities in the current investment landscape. Hosted by Tony Gimple and chaired by Jonathan Metliss, the panel also includes Laxman Kumar Nasarpuri and Russell Bahar.

As well as the panel sessions, the popular Property Elevator LIVE! feature, described as being the only TV show that gives budding property developers the chance to partner with a seasoned professional, also returns in tomorrow's show. The Property Elevator Angels, John Howard, Ranjan Bhattacharya, Helen Chorley, Paul Mahoney and Nicholas Wallwork, will be considering pitches from aspiring property entrepreneurs live on the day between 13:15 and 14:45. Audience places are free, but limited, so if you’ve not already registered to attend it's advised you do so via the Landlord Investment Show website ASAP.

What do the sponsors say?

"We have exhibited at the Landlord Investment for nearly eight years and main sponsored for the past three years. We keep coming back because it is a great event for meeting landlords of all levels of experience and offering them the services, they may need to improve on their property journey. We are also delighted to be sponsoring a new addition to the show this year, the Nova Financial Golf Range," Paul Mahoney said.

Nigel Hall, group managing director at Less Tax 4 Landlords, added: "2022 marks our sixth consecutive year as main sponsor for the National Landlord Investment show and we'd like to thank Tracey, Steve and the LIS Team for continuing to put on events that add such great value to the landlord community and the industry as a whole. At Less Tax 4 Landlords we help landlords build, run, and grow tax-efficient professional property businesses, and the show is always a great opportunity for us to connect with like-minded landlords who are looking to do just that."

Reece Mennie also commented: "Having exhibited and co-sponsored at the shows over the last few years, it was only right that we signed up for all six this year. They’re always a great day to network with like-minded people, meet new clients and arrange future business relationships. I’m looking forward to the show and featuring on the panel once again."
