It’s been another busy year in the property invesmtment world, from new developments all across the UK to new overseas schemes, the launch of property investment companies and the continued growth of Build to Rent as an asset class.

Despite the cost-of-living crisis and rising interest rates, property is still being viewed as a safe haven, which has helped to keep the market buoyant.

There will be further challenges ahead in 2023, but regeneration and major infrastructure projects across Britain will continue to make property investment appealing.

A big thank you to our readers and we will see you again in 2023.

Until then, have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!
