Pitch 4 Finance has announced that it is relaunching as Provide Finance, heralding a new era for sourcing, and securing specialist finance.

Having recently been named Digital Broker of the Year by the NACFB, Pitch 4 Finance was already gaining a solid reputation as an industry game changer, with a growing number of intermediary firms and distributors using the platform to source and secure specialist finance solutions.

Miranda Khadr, founder of Provide Finance, says: “In a market where brokers are trying to keep customers calm, finding the best variable and fixed rate propositions has never been more important as well as ensuring that the ever-changing lenders’ criteria are checked so that applications are as successful as possible. At Provide we aim to take that work away from brokers so they can focus on clients and their needs and look after their customers in uncertain times.

“Pitch 4 Finance was launched in 2020 to make securing finance a quick, easy, and transparent process and we have built a strong following and award-winning reputation in a short time. But we haven’t rested on our laurels. We have also spent the time getting to know what brokers expect from a finance platform, how best to deliver it, and developing our proposition.”

“In specialist finance, the devil is often in the detail, and we have learned first-hand how to make complex cases more straightforward, along with what makes brokers excited, frustrated, or surprised. We’ve delivered funding solutions worth more than £300m for borrowers from different backgrounds, for different reasons, and with different expectations. And we’ve learned how we could be the best finance platform for everyone.”

“Provide is the result of all this learning and development and it gives brokers the ability to connect with hundreds of lenders in an instant so that their ideas and applications are seen by as many people as possible in order to get the best choice of rates. In addition to this, we support our cutting-edge technology with personalised care, providing expert support from experienced advisers who are on hand to talk through difficult cases and work together with brokers to identify a solution.”

“We looked at our name and realised Pitch 4 no longer aligned with our values. Pitching is hard work, and we’re meant to make brokers’ lives easier. So, from now on we’ll go by Provide. Because we are dedicated to providing brokers and their clients with the best resources, the best support, the best finance solutions, at the best possible rates,” Khadr concluded.

Pitch 4 Finance, reimagined

Provide Finance builds on this reputation with improved design and usability. The platform features a panel of more than 200 lenders that specialise in commercial mortgages, mortgages for residential investment properties, bridging finance, property development, and refurbishments along with HMO lending and business finance.

An added bonus is that the platform is totally free to use, enabling brokers to research the most optimal lending solution for their clients, submit enquiries, and make applications, which can provide to be particularly valuable in the current environment with rates and criteria frequently changing.

In addition, Provide recognises the bespoke nature of many specialist finance enquiries. Borrowing requirements are then matched instantly with lenders that can lend against their specific criteria, and those lenders are invited to propose terms for the loan.

Brokers can then chat directly with lenders that match their enquiry through the platform and can therefore come to a swift agreement on the terms to process their loan.
