Planning permission has been granted for a mixed-use development at Calvary Barracks.

Formerly a Ministry of Defence site in Hounslow, there are now plans to build a vibrant community. 1,525 new homes, commercial space, and over 10 acres of open space all form part of the plans.

The new masterplan

Inland Homes developed the plans on behalf of the project’s investor with architects tp bennett and planning consultants Planning Potential.

The former Ministry of Defence site is one of the largest remaining undeveloped brownfield sites in London. 

The redevelopment will bring 2,700 square metres of commercial space for shops, cafes, workspace and community uses. 

A new public park twice the size of Trafalgar Square, with sports pitches, play areas and green open space will be included.
