Kebbell unveils plans to build three new developments worth £89 Million

Berkshire, Hampshire, and Buckinghamshire will become home to new developments over the next few years.

Housebuilder Kebbell is behind the three new developments. These have an estimated investment value of £89 million.

Cholbury Place in Ascot

Once complete, Cholbury Place in Ascot will contain 18 elegant three-bedroom apartments. Notable features will include handmade Charles Yorke kitchens, tall doors, and high 2.8m (9.2ft) ceilings.

The principal bedroom suites will include large dressing areas with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. sales prices are expected to be in the region of £1.5 to £2.5 million.

Ascot high street and the racecourse are only a short walk away. For those who like traveling by car basement parking, a lift and car charging points will be available.

Train line commuters will also have a range of transport links to choose from.

In the South Downs National Park, a new £32 million development is coming soon. a show home is expected to be open in spring 2023, and completion is anticipated to be in 2025. 

82 energy-efficient two, three, and four-bedroom houses are part of the development plan. Social housing for rent and shared ownership will also be included. The homes will range from £500,000 to £995,000.

Meadow Court in Iver 

Meadow Court will include 750 to 1250 square foot apartments. Buyers can expect to pay between £450,000 to £650,000

Residents will adore the nearby pubs and cycleway along the Grand Union Canal.

39 two-bedroom apartments will have access to basement parking, a lift, electric charging points, and direct access to the green belt. The train station is 1.8 miles away while the M40, M4, and Heathrow are also close in proximity.
