Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Thursday 27 October has two family homes up for grabs. 

Both properties reside in sought-after areas near Birmingham called Barnt Green. With much to offer different types of buyers, these homes are expected to attract multiple bidders this month.

Fiery Hill Road 

The first auction property is a terraced house at 49 Fiery Hill Road in Barnt Green. a substantial four-bedroomed, en, just south of the city border, with a guide price* of £400,000+.

This property stands back from the road behind a driveway and front garden, and it is located just a stone’s throw away from Barnt Green Railway Station and the busy heart of the village.

On the ground floor is a porch, hall, two interconnected reception rooms a kitchen, breakfast room, shower and utility room, and sunroom.

Upstairs is a landing, four bedrooms, and a bathroom, and outside is a driveway and back garden with a garden room, plus there is gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Hewell Road

Not far away in the same village is a three-bedroomed terraced house at 29 Hewell Road. The property will be up for auction with a guide price of £210,000.

It comes with a front and back garden, two reception rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. 

There is a landing and two bedrooms on the first floor, and the second floor has a bedroom with the potential for a dormer extension.

A total of 158 lots are scheduled to appear in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which will commence at 9.30am on Thursday 27 October.
