Since the regeneration scheme was completed in 2015, over 250 properties have sold. At present, only one two-bedroom apartment which forms part of the exciting recreation of New Stonebridge Park is available.

The flat is located on the top floor, making it the perfect location for some of the best daytime and night time views North London has to offer.

The development supports a range of transport modes as underground parking, electric car-charging points, and cycle storage facilities are available. With Harlesden train station just a three-minute walk away, several buses also service the area.

Minnie Dando, head of marketing and communications at Hyde New Homes explains: “The journey of Helix’s success has been a joy to witness, and we have been thrilled to see so many happy buyers purchase a property here.”

“With its attractive apartments and maisonettes, and well-designed community setting, it comes as no surprise that we are now down to our final home.”

Suitable for buyers on a budget

Although the full market value is £520,000, the home can be purchased through Hyde’s popular shared ownership scheme, with a minimum 25% share at a value of £130,000.

Deposits starting at just 5% are being offered by some lenders, meaning this home can be purchased with a deposit as low as £6,500.

A new and improved area

Before the New Stonebridge Park transformation took the local area by storm, it was a location on the decline.

The development has helped to create a community of over 4,000 people by giving the area a new lease of life.

Helix residents living in the properties get to enjoy underfloor heating, contemporary kitchens, appliances, LED strip lighting, and more.

Minnie concludes: “We are also extremely proud of Helix’s impressive range of facilities, which have been designed with the community at its heart. These include convenience stores, a small retail outlet, an award-winning nursery, a sports pavilion with pitches and the Hillside Hub – a community centre which has won numerous awards including ‘Best Mixed-Use Development’ at the British Housing Awards.”

“If you missed out on the opportunity to own a home at Helix, there is no need to fear – we also have shared ownership apartments available less than eight-miles away at Eastman Village.”
