A housing development in Cradley Heath will be up for grabs on Thursday 15 September. Seller of residential, commercial and mixed-use property, Bond Wolfe, will be hosting the auction.

Land and development specialist at Bond Wolfe, Colin Totney added: “With our livestreamed property auctions we are attracting interest from investors from across the UK and overseas, as well as from the West Midlands. Developer and builders are looking for the right site at the right price, and they know that is what they will find at our auctions.”

The residential development opportunity

The development which includes 13 two-bedroomed apartments and two three-bedroomed houses on the one-acre site, will start at £450,000. will be among the star commercial lots tempting bidders at Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

Outline planning permission for the project was granted by Sandwell Council planner in 2020, with final design details submitted last year.

Cradley Heath sits within Cradley Heath town centre and is about a quarter of a mile from the railway and bus station.

It is also opposite the Compton Grange care home and borders Whitehall Road and St Annes Road in Cradley Heath.

Totney further explains: “At a time when demand for new homes continues to far outstrip the supply, this site offers a superb opportunity for a housebuilder or developer.

“The site has already been through a thorough planning process to come up with the existing proposal for 13 apartments and two houses. With house prices surging in the area over the last year, we expect fierce bidding for the opportunity to develop this prime plot of residential land.”

Those interesting in auctioning for the Cradley Heath homes development site can check in around 9.30am on 15 September via Bond Wolfe’s website.
