A Manchester-based developer has expanded its growing nationwide property portfolio into the historic city of York.

Alliance Investments’ latest scheme – City Gate – is set to provide 62 stylish apartments just a stone’s throw from the heart of York’s historic and picturesque city centre. The city is famed for its iconic Minster and its medieval streets, as well as the remains of its formerly Roman walls.

The development is aiming to create a space where York’s famous history meets modernity, with luxury design combining with a range of high-end amenities and smart technology in every apartment ‘to produce an opportunity homeowners and property investors cannot afford to miss’.

The apartments include contemporary kitchens, open-plan living areas and the high-quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, while additional amenities including onsite parking, landscaped external spaces, a communal roof garden with panoramic city views and a gymnasium.

The Yorkshire region has been forecasted to enjoy the UK’s highest price growth over the next five years and, as a result of this, many investors are now flocking to the area. So much so, some off-plan developments are selling out even before building work has begun.

Alliance Investments have been appointed to provide all sales, marketing, and branding for the City Gate project, which has a predicted completion data of Q1 2023. All apartments in City Gate York will be available for sale through Alliance Investments from £263,000.

“We partner with carefully selected developers, and pride ourselves on our proven ability to provide expert sales and marketing services for high quality developments, across multiple UK locations,” Ronald Garrett, managing director of Alliance Investments, said.

“This new residential development offers a rare investment opportunity to capitalise on York’s excellent commuter connections, capital growth prospects and affordability”

Arik Agamian, sales director of Alliance Investments, added: “We’ve received an overwhelming pre-launch response to this development, it is fantastic to expand our business into the historic City of York with this opportunity for both homeowners and investors.”

Alliance Investments has previously completed developments across the North of England, London and the Midlands. Earlier this year, in June 2022, the firm launched an ambitious growth strategy into the South of England with its first central London development.
