A two-bedroom £570,000 penthouse has been sold by Stanley Dock Properties.

Joint sole selling agents Beauchamp Estates and Logic Estate Agents claim that for housing in Liverpool the property sold for a record price.

The Tobacco Warehouse Penthouse

Tobacco Warehouse is the residential part of the £250 million regeneration of Stanley Dock. Stanley Dock includes the luxurious 153-bedroom Titanic Hotel which includes a restaurant/grill, cocktail bar, and health club.

Tobacco Warehouse is just 1.5 kilometres from Liverpool city centre, a short walk from Tate Liverpool at Albert Dock. Over the last 12 months, sales for the apartments, ranging in size from 958 square feet up to 2,750 square feet, have skyrocketed as over 75% have sold.

The new penthouse owner will enjoy spectacular views from the 13th floor. There is space for a large living area and a 6-8 seat dining area. The kitchen is located off the main living space with a marble central island. Plenty of storage can be found as there are built-in cupboards and cabinets. The property also includes a spacious bedroom with dressing and relaxation areas, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom.

Paul Finch, new homes director at Beauchamp Estates says: “This landmark penthouse sale underlines the ongoing renaissance of the Liverpool luxury property market which has been extremely buoyant over the last 12 months. Luxury apartment sales in Liverpool have been strong, there have been a flurry of new luxury designer shops such as the flagship Flannels which opened in June and new restaurants such as the Michelin starred Manifest restaurant which opened in March.”

Nick Goldsworthy, director and co-owner of Logic Estate Agents explains: “Offering stylish warehouse loft apartments available for immediate occupation Tobacco Warehouse is one of the most commercially successful new residential developments in Liverpool, with strong ongoing sales to discerning local Liverpool, wider UK and overseas buyers who want to buy a spacious waterside home with lifestyle amenities on the doorstep.”
