DM & Co. Homes’ Premium marketing service has obtained an anonymous buyer for a £3.9 million property in Lapworth.

The family-friendly home includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, coach houses, and a tennis court on a six-acre estate.

Kathy Griffiths, head of premium at DM & Co. explains: “Our latest luxury property sale in Lapworth is a home that had been in the same family for two decades and this is the first time it has come to market in 20 years.

“Our discreet marketing service means that your property is offered on a very low-profile basis and only to those on our private database of discerning buyers looking for luxury homes. Never has it been more important to be known to us as a number of our clients do not wish for their lives to be published online.”

DM & Co’s multi-million-pound portfolio

Known for listing luxury properties in the Solihull area, this is one of many successful multi-million-pound purchases DM & Co have secured this year.

In May this year, the luxury property specialists revealed they had 29 homes worth over £50 million in their portfolio with over 50% of these having sales agreed.

Dominic Murphy, managing director confirms: “We are now established as the go-to agent in the Solihull area if you have a million pound plus property to sell.”

“These sales really do put us on the map. I want DM & Co. Premium to become synonymous with £1-5 million sales regionally – we are soon to launch a stunning family home in Langley, near Claverdon and have a number of others in the pipeline.”
