During its first four weeks of sales, One Green Way has already sold 30% of its residences.

The developers behind One Green Way are Portuguese real estate firm, Green Jacket Partners and asset management company SPX Capital. While Plan Architects and Cracknell carried out the designs.

Buyers can expect to pay from €3,900,000 up to €9,250,000 in exchange for one of the 89 luxury serviced residences located on the North Course of the Quinta do Lago resort.

What One Green Way has to offer

Despite only launching in April this year, One Green Way already has a high number of purchases so far.

Panorama, Garden, and Horizon, the three exclusive types of residences available, each have a separate entrance, lift, basement, and parking spaces.

The Horizon Residences is situated in a picturesque setting as the homes overlook the North Course and Natural Park, providing residents with the very best outdoor views. Panorama and Garden Residences are located near the communal pool, bar area, sports centre, green belt jogging, and fitness track.

All residents have access to on-site amenities, private gardens, heated pools, and fitted outdoor kitchens. On-site facilities include a state-of-the-art 1,500 sqm. clubhouse, business centre, on-site restaurants, communal pool, kids club, and rooftop bar lounge. Residents can also enjoy the fitness centre that includes a yoga studio, Trackman Golf Simulator, a gym, indoor spa, sauna, and tennis courts.

As a singular gated community with 24-hour security and concierge service, residents can enjoy all there is to offer in a private setting.

Partner of SPX Capital, Daniel Schneider comments: “After more than a year of international travel shutting down, now is the perfect time to invest in a slice of the Mediterranean. The appetite for these exclusive homes at One Green Way has proven strong as we have witnessed a strong sales trajectory as buyers jump on the opportunity to purchase a home within the prestigious community of Quinta do Lago.”

“The development maximises every advantage of its prime location as it is within reach of the Algarve’s thirty-one golf courses, six Michelin starred restaurants, international schools, hospitals, leisure facilities and shopping plazas. One Green Way residences are in optimum position with views of Ria Formosa Natural Park which is an idyllic estuary made up of canals, marshlands, islands, and sandy beaches. It’s also within walking distance (900m) of pure white sand at Praia da Quinta do Lago beach and unrivalled access to one of the world’s best golf courses, with Quinta Do Lago North Golf course being situated conveniently at the end of the residence’s gardens for keen golfers. The North Course was redesigned in 2014 by acclaimed golf architect Beau Welling and former Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley.”

João Fonseca chief executive officer of Green Jacket Partners concludes: “With One Green Way being the last new build project to be developed within Quinta Do Lago – we are providing the ultimate opportunity to join Europe’s most exclusive community. Buyers are not only attracted the extensive range of in-house and on-site amenities but also the returns and tax benefits of investing in the Portuguese market.”

“With over 300 days of sun per year, a 2.5-hour flight time from London, a 15-minute drive from Faro airport and a shared time-zone with the UK, One Green Way is the ideal location for a second home, permanent relocation or as an investment property.”
