Jide Taiwo & Co., the estate surveyors and valuers’ firm for both individual and corporate clients from Nigeria, are beginning their expansion with the announcement of the opening of its first international office in the UK.

The office will focus on the company’s aim to build global real estate wealth for its clients by offering them more opportunities for real estate investment.

New office opening

Jide Taiwo & Co’s new office in London will officially open in April 2022 and will be managed by Olawunmi Olashore, head of international markets. The office will be in Baker Street, central London and will mark the firm’s first foray outside Nigeria.

Olawunmi’s initial focus will be connecting with new and existing real estate clients, those looking into buying, leasing, selling, investing, valuing or having their properties managed.

Commenting on the new international office Mr Ibrahim Mohammed, managing director of Jide Taiwo & Co, says: “We have already been assisting some clients overseas, for example in Dubai and London, with great success. It, therefore, seemed a logical next step to bring our quality service closer to our international client base and offer them a talented and experienced team enabled with the best technology.”

“Our ability to connect our clients’ portfolios across borders gives the added benefit of a single well-managed portfolio providing optimal returns.”

Commenting on her appointment, Olashore says: “I am delighted to be returning to the UK to head up our first international office.  I know the UK well having studied there (University of Kent and Cardiff University) so I look forward to combining my local and professional knowledge to provide our clients with a truly international quality service. My focus will be to connect with new and existing real estate clients, those looking into buying, leasing, selling, investing, valuing or having their properties managed.”
