A leading property investment franchise, Sourced Partners, has partnered up with Loop, an all-in-one property prospecting tool. As a result of this tie-up, Sourced franchisees now get an exclusive discount to access the software, alongside bespoke letter templates uploaded to the platform.

Chris Kirkwood, Sourced’s franchise director, said of the partnership: “I am excited to add yet another tool to the franchise package. We have created an environment to take the hassle out of property sourcing, trading and funding, allowing our franchisees to focus their energy on expanding their businesses.”

How does Loop work?

Loop Software tracks properties on the market, identifying five main opportunity categories: new introductions, fall throughs, reductions, withdrawn and slow movers. These types of properties can then be matched with numerous investment strategies, for example, assisted sales or flips.

The software allows users to send prospecting letters out to the addresses from each of the above categories, offering their services to the vendors.

Letter templates can be tailored to suit different opportunities, while branding can also be added. The Loop software can also send the letters out for users at an additional cost, or they can choose to print them out and post them themselves.

Why would you need a franchise in property?

The team behind it say the Sourced Network franchise package entails many resources essential to build a profitable property business. The founders themselves were property investors and say they identified a gap in the market to provide property training combined with ongoing support, maximising an investor’s chances of success. Franchisees benefit from ‘a tried and tested business model, based on years of experience in the sector’.

The Network package can be tailored for property newbies and seasoned investors alike.

“Even though I have 20 years of experience as an investor, it’s important to keep furthering your education,” Sham, a franchisee based in Harrow, said. “Sourced drives me forward in my business model, which makes me do more deals.”

What’s included in the franchise?

Those who join the Sourced network receive access to over 70 training days per year, a funding facility for projects, a dedicated support person, property and investors leads, ‘and much more’.

Users can also tap into the network of over 150 franchisees, benefiting from experience, advice and joint venture opportunities.

“With Sourced, I got access to a ready-made framework for my business,” Nicola from Sourced Ayrshire North said. “I am supported by the Head Office, plus I also get access to investors, and I can reach out to other franchisees.”

Why is Sourced working with Loop?

“We have been working extremely hard to automate as many processes for our franchisees as possible,” Kirkwood explained. “We provide them with investor leads, property prospects, a funding platform, legal documents, to name a few. Loop adds to the portfolio of resources, simplifying the process of securing direct to vendor property deals.”

He added: “One of the additional benefits of joining Sourced Network is utilising the brand awareness of Sourced, adding to franchisees’ credibility. Therefore, all franchisees who sign up to Loop via Sourced, will access pre-made letter and postcard templates, which will be loaded onto their accounts.”
