To kick off the New Year, our friends at 11K Consulting – the UK’s leading China PR and comms agency – have conducted a new China Masterclass Webinar and provided us with access to it.

In it, the company – founded by Sally Maier-Yip – interviewed Jack Cheng, international sales advisor at Barratt London, the second largest British developer for the Chinese market in terms of transactions, to share his expert views on the sales secrets of a top performer in the UK-China property market.

The webinar, carried out at the end of last year, was co-hosted by Maier-Yip – who is also managing director of 11K Consulting – and Paul Sutton from LCN Legal.

It includes the following:

  • Predictions for the volume of UK residential property purchased by Chinese buyers in 2021

  • Tips on engaging with ultra high net worth (UHNW) and ‘mass affluent’ Chinese and Asian individuals or investors

  • Cheng’s past successful PR and marketing tactics which have helped him with sales in the UK residential property market

  • How to invest a £250,000 PR budget to build sales pipeline and customer base from zero

  • Companies which Cheng admires in terms of their PR, marketing and sales in the China market.
