Five-star luxury homes to be delivered in France’s largest wine region

The first phase of LUX* La Baraquette, the new waterfront resort in the port town of Marseillan by luxury developer Propriétés & Co, is beginning to take shape.

Designed specifically to suit a diverse range of budgets and lifestyles, the development has a collection of garden suites, apartments, and patio and waterfront villas that are available to purchase off-plan from as little as €300,000.
