Caudwell sells French Riviera penthouse for €6 million

British luxury property developer Caudwell has sold another of its penthouses at Parc du Cap in d’Antibes, France.

The penthouse has been sold as a turnkey residence for over €6 million, complete with all furniture styled by the company’s in-house interior design team, Caudwell Design.

Set within attractive landscaped gardens surrounding an outdoor swimming pool, Parc du Cap comprises 78 one to three-bedroom apartments and 10 four-bedroom penthouses. Each penthouse comes with a modern finish as well as a private rooftop infinity pool and terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.

Caudwell’s aim to create inspiring living spaces means Parc du Cap ‘redefines the standard of luxury holiday homes’. The bespoke interiors are said to have the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship – from top-of-the-range kitchens and book-matched marble tiled bathrooms to one-of-a-kind art, furniture and accessories.

Winyu Chantadara, head of interiors at Caudwell Design, says: “Our vision was to create a penthouse which emulates the elegant and effortless glamour of the 1950s Riviera lifestyle. We sought to create an interior which was timeless and comfortable, allowing the owners to take advantage of breathtaking views and enjoy the benefits of alfresco living.”

“The main interior palette is chic and relaxing, offering a sense of openness, calm and wellbeing. The interiors are layered with understated pastel tones and accents of luxurious detailing that are reminiscent of this iconic era.”

The team at Caudwell Design aspires to marry cultural diversity, creative individuality and style variety. Concepts are crafted to maximise functionality, beauty and balance, while designs are created to enhance the inherent character of the architecture and location.

Parc du Cap is one of two exclusive unique developments located in Cap d’Antibes, south of France, boasting convenient amenities matching luxury hotel-style levels, reserved exclusively for owners.
