Below are a number of upcoming ones with a property investment slant.

Taking place on Zoom, the Chair of Love to Rent, Peter Sloane, will be hosting the UKAA webinar along with industry experts from across the Build to Rent sector.

The webinar will address the seismic impact Covid-19 has had on the property sector as a whole and analyse how it has affected development markets in various ways. Additionally, it will examine how society might change after lockdown, how the BTR market might emerge and what the industry can do to put itself in a position of strength once the worst of the crisis has passed.

Joining Peter Sloane on the webinar will be Sarah Quinn, director of operations at Moda, Lizzie Stevens, director of market rent at Folio, Sophie Trotman, marketing manager at Folio, and Will Waller, director of Build to Rent at Arcadis.

Over the course of the hour-long webinar, the assorted panel will also discuss how interaction, support and community engagement throughout lockdown has created enormous brand loyalty and ‘further raised the positive benefits of quality rented homes’. Furthermore, they will explore what lasting impact the crisis might have for Build to Rent products and the supply chain.
