Eight Staffordshire police properties available on market

Property consultancy Jon Flowith & Partners has been instructed to market eight former Staffordshire Police properties.

The eight buildings – which can be bought individually or as a group portfolio – present a unique opportunity for property developers and occupiers.

The properties are located centrally within both town centre and affluent village locations, comprising attractive buildings and development opportunities in Wombourne, Stone, Eccleshall, the City of Stoke-on-Trent (adjoining Sainsbury’s), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Blythe Bridge, Tunstall and Kinver.

Each property offers distinctive benefits, with the range of locations ensuring there are several different opportunities for developers.

“The varied, highly commutable locations of these former police properties represent an exciting opportunity for both occupiers and developers,” Elizabeth Gibson-Flowith of Jon Flowith & Partners commented.

“Many, including Wombourne, Eccleshall and Kinver are in top residential locations, whilst affluent Stone is regarded as the ‘foodie capital’ of north Staffordshire.”

She said Stone and Wombourne represent great upmarket retirement housing opportunities. Both are a short walk into historic town centres and boast a range of facilities, including excellent shopping centres and vibrant high streets.

Meanwhile, Gibson-Flowith claimed that Stoke and Newcastle both offer good private rented sector (PRS) opportunities.

“There is currently a shortage of stock and it isn’t every day that properties as unique as these are available to be purchased,” she concluded.

The properties are available by informal tender and unconditional bids are sought for the properties by Monday 8 July 2019. Individual brochures are available from the Jon Flowith & Partners’ website.
