In the immortal words of Noddy Holder, it is nearly Christmas and, with the festivities almost upon us, Property Investor Today will be taking a short break from today to indulge in too much food and watch festive films we’ve seen a hundred times before, like most of the nation.

Fear not, though, we will be back with breaking news and features from January 3 2020, with the next part of our Women in Property Investment series – featuring Yasmina Darveniza from Round Hill Ventures – making for perfect reading to shake off those post-Christmas blues.

This year we have covered a wider range of topics than ever before – everything from eco-villages and Build to Rent developments to tokenisation, fractional ownership, retirement living, co-living, prime central London, overseas properties, regeneration schemes and gender barriers in property investment – and we look forward to doing the same again next year. We hope you will continue to join us in exploring all parts of the property investment world.

Before we go, we would like to wish all our readers a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous and happy New Year.

Or Feliz Navidad (which gives us an excuse to link to this brilliant video that appeared on our sister site EAT).

As always, if you have stories or ideas for features and interviews, please get in touch on [email protected].

And remember, as the song goes, “All I want for Christmas…is PIT!”
