A new luxury riverfront development in Westminster is now on the market with prices starting from £1.25 million.

Marketed by estate agents Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co, the Riverwalk development, which sits upon the north bank of the Thames, comprises 116 high-spec apartments and ‘boasts curvaceous Stanton Williams architectural designs to create a refreshing juxtaposition of old meets new’.

The development offers exclusive private facilities for residents, such as a fitness suite and yoga studio overlooking the Thames, concierge services, secure underground parking, valet parking and 24-hour security.

That is according to Martin Bikhit, property expert and managing director of the agency. He believes that Westminster has never been more exciting as a property hotspot; in the last three months alone, individual apartment sales have topped-out at £4.25 million on Carlisle Place.
