Simple Life Homes has launched 28 new Build to Rent family homes in Newhall, a new settlement on the outskirts of Harlow in Essex.

The homes, which are part of a larger development of 700 properties being built over the coming years, are ideally located, surrounded by green space and within commuting distance of the City of London.

The two, three and four-bedroom homes for rent are being built on ‘Base’ at Newhall, a shared site with Countryside, within 1.3 miles of Harlow Mill train station and less than three miles from the high street. The new community will also benefit from retail space.

Simple Life says its properties are built to a high specification, similar to new builds that are for sale. The abodes are spacious, with open-plan kitchen diners – ideal, the company says, for families.

Kiarash Shahandeh, project manager for Simple Life Homes, says: “This is our first development in the Essex area and we’re really excited to be able to offer such leafy surroundings for our homes with 40% of the site being green space. What’s more, it is less than an hour-long commute by car or train into London.”

“This, along with Simple Life’s high standard of renting and unrivalled customer service, makes the houses perfect for young professionals and growing families.”

Currently, Simple Life has over 1,200 new homes to rent across the UK and the brand offers residents with a professional service and added benefits.

“We regularly host community events on our developments, including fun get-togethers like Easter egg hunts for the children and pizza nights,” Kiarash adds. “All new customers are also greeted with a welcome pack to help them out with their new appliances.”

“We have a 24/7 maintenance line to make life even simpler for our customers, and we ensure all of our sites are close to local amenities, schools and transport.”

Simple Life Homes will sit alongside Countryside’s homes, which will be available for open market sale.

Applications for phase one of Simple Life Homes at Base are now being taken. For more information please visit: http://simplelifehomes.co.uk/base.
