The Luxury Property Show is returning to Olympia London on October 31 and November 1, with a brand-new look and a host of premium visitor experiences.

Attendees will have the chance to discover some of the most exclusive properties for sale around the world at the event, with high-value properties on display from the UK, Spain, France, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere.

The show has had a redesign following its acquisition by international real estate specialist Smart Group, and will bring together investors, sellers, buyers and financial advisers under one roof as it showcases some of the world’s most luxury developments.

It describes itself as the ‘only exhibition in Europe dedicated to connecting discerning buyers with experts in high-end property’, with the show offering visitors the opportunity to view properties from some of the most sought-after locations across the globe. Exhibitors include the likes of Sotheby’s, Christie’s, Manoirs et Châteaux, Abels Movers, Blevins Franks and New York-based real estate specialists Corcoran, with the event promising to offer a broad selection of the very best international properties.

The show will also host a programme of free-of-charge seminars and workshops, devised to provide expert advice on purchasing luxury properties both in the UK and abroad. The interactive sessions are set to be delivered by experts in high-end property and investments, including lawyers, currency specialists, IFAs and more.

Designed to ‘immerse visitors in the world of luxury’, the show will in addition provide a host of exclusive VIP experiences, including a complimentary golf simulator experience by GOLFZON, lifestyle workshops and fine food and wine tastings. A complimentary glass of champagne in the Champagne Piaff lounge will also be on offer to help visitors unwind.

Additionally, the show is set to include a host of premium partners, including collaborations with London-based private members clubs and services, with more still to be announced.

“We are excited to launch the new-look Luxury Property Show and are confident that the exclusive properties, advice and experiences available at this year’s event will take the show to the next level,” Jana Korpova-Harris, director of growth at Smart Group, said.

“The event will demonstrate to visitors that investing in property, or finding a second residence, isn’t just about real estate, it’s also about location, tax regimes and, most importantly, lifestyle. London is the centre stage for luxury real estate, and we believe it is the perfect location to connect every corner of the world. We can’t wait to open the doors in October.”
