A development of Build to Rent apartments in a regenerated part of Manchester has opened its doors, claiming to offer ‘unrivalled facilities and amenities’.

More than £53 million has been pumped in to create The Trilogy, comprising of 232 pet-friendly one, two and three-bedroom apartments ready to move into in the heart of Castlefield – a rejuvenated inner-city conservation area now full to the brim with waterfront bars, green spaces, restaurants, galleries, canals and striking scenery.

Deansgate is three minutes away by tram, Cornbrook Metrolink Station is a mere three minute walk from The Trilogy development and MediaCityUK can be reached in around 12 minutes. Equally, there are regular connections to the city’s main transport hub – Manchester Piccadilly – which is also approximately 12 minutes away.
