Boutique lettings agency Mulberry Cottages has announced two new events this spring for those considering letting their property out as a holiday home. This follows the success of its first ever ‘Holiday Let Masterclass’ in 2018.
The events, which are free of charge to attendees, will take place in Hampshire and the Cotswolds, and have been created for prospective owners to gain an insight into how to effectively run a holiday let. The events give would-be holiday let landlords the opportunity to learn some of the tricks of the trade through talks and workshops with industry experts.
Guests considering a holiday let will also find out how to navigate the market through a series of talks, while there are opportunities for meetings with the Mulberry team to gain further advice.
Rowena Owen, operations director at Mulberry Cottages, said of the upcoming events: “Our first holiday let event in Kent was a great success, we saw attendees travel from all over the country – even as far as Yorkshire – to join us. We are thrilled to be expanding the events to different regions to be able to reach even more owners considering a holiday let.”
She added: “There is no better time to consider letting your property. Mulberry Cottages has seen an increased demand for UK travel more than ever before with a 25% increase in bookings for 2019 so far.”
The events will be held at two Mulberry Cottages properties. The details are as follows: Roegate House in Romsey, Hampshire on 30 April from 2.30pm, and Shearwater Lake House in the Cotswolds Lakes on 1 May from 2.30pm.
Spaces are limited for both events – you can register on EventBrite or by calling 01227 806315. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] to reserve your spot.
