Property Partner has announced its performance statistics since launch, and also over the last twelve months.

According to the latest RICS valuations, the property investment platform noted that annual returns are around 7.2% per annum since launch, comprising of 2.8% capital growth and 4.3% net income.

Over the last year, returns totalled 4.9%, being 0.8% in London and 6.7% in the rest of the UK – highlighting the two-speed property market.

Rob Weaver, chief investment officer of Property Partner, commented: “Despite weaknesses in the London market, our investments in commuter and northern towns have performed well, as have our investments in student accommodation. I’m pleased that we can report solid returns for investors in this challenging environment.”

Marshall King, chief executive officer of Property Partner, added: “Rob and his team have done a great job investing the crowd’s money in to qualify assets that have been able to weather the current climate. What’s also exciting is that our resale market is a good indicator of activity in the wider UK property market.”

Since launch, over 13,000 people have invested in property through Property Partner. The platform now manages over 1,000 tenanted units valued at over £135 million.
