‘Property enthusiasts’ across the UK have been invited to join the latest property networking groups held by the Sourced Investor Network (SIN).

The events, taking place on Thursday 31 January, will be hosted by Sourced directors in South East London, Yorkshire, Derby, East London, Reading and Liverpool (with new locations to be set throughout the year).

“These events are designed to facilitate new deals, encourage joint venture opportunities and to inspire people to move their business forward,” Stephen Moss, managing director at Sourced, said.

“Halfway through the networking event, there is an opportunity for property enthusiasts to showcase their property deals on the SIN deal wall. Each host will then go through each deal providing feedback on what makes it a good deal.”

Paul Rose, property director at Sourced, said it doesn’t matter ‘if you’ve not been in the property industry for long, the event provides an opportunity to meet your peers and learn about the property world.” He added that it’s fun, free and could put attendees ‘in touch with some great people who can help move your business forward!’

The events began at the end of 2018 and are held across the UK on the last Thursday of every month. They are aimed at new and experienced property investors alike, as well as developers, landlords, sourcers, industry professionals and service providers, with the aim of enabling attendees to meet like-minded local and national entrepreneurs.

If you would like to become a ‘SINner’, you can register for a place at your local SIN networking event here – www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/sin-17724916935.

You can also keep up to date by joining the online SIN property community:www.facebook.com/groups/485805091816218/.
