Development and investment company, This Land, has announced its acquirement of 20 new sites in Cambridgeshire.
In a bid to provide desirable new homes and neighbourhoods across the UK, This Land’s new sites will deliver in excess of 560 new dwellings close to Cambridge – an area of significant economic growth.
The new sites include a mixed-use site at Soham Northern Gateway; a new residential development at land adjacent to Hereward Hall together with a range of sites in surrounding villages, including Foxton, Brampton, Wicken, Guilden Morden and Litlington.
With a freshly acquired portfolio that includes a range of mixed-use developments in both urban and rural areas, This Land hopes its commercial developments will generate high-quality and long-term returns.
The recently-launched company has also developed a design-led approach which will give purchasers a unique opportunity to adapt to their homes as their lives and families evolve.
David Gelling, managing director at This Land, commented: “This Land is committed to going above and beyond for its customers through the delivery of desirable neighbourhoods and setting new standards for a future beyond the traditional house builder in the UK.”
