Are you ready for The France Show?

The annual celebration of all things French, The France Show, returns to London Olympia on 25th-27th January 2019.

Now in its twelfth year, the event is the perfect place for those that love French food and wine and holidays in the sunshine, or looking to find their dream French property.

Debbie Macleod, event director of The France Show, described the show as “a fully-immersive experience that showcases the best of France from its culinary specialities, right through to property.”

The show will feature a line up of experts and top chefs in live theatres providing inspiring cooking demonstrations and wine and champagne-tasting sessions.

Macleod added: “The extensive French market will be stocked with all the usual Gallic goodies, and of course no French event would be complete without can-can dancers. Our dancing troupe will be on hand to entertain the crowds at regular intervals.”

Highlights of the upcoming show include:

The French Property Exhibition

Those looking to buy their dream home in France will want to travel to the second floor of the venue. Here, visitors can browse through the thousands of available properties, be guided through the buying process with a range of experts and learn more at the free property seminars taking place over the weekend.

Visitors with questions on French property, living in France and holidays can also visit The Living France Theatre and the How To forum. Here, they will gain free essential advice from specialists on these topics during complimentary session that run throughout the weekend.

The Flavours of France Stage

Sponsored by P&O Ferries, the stage will feature an array of experts sharing their own experiences on France. Lisa Gerard-Sharp, award-winning travel writer and France specialist will also share some personal tales and insider knowledge of living in France.

In addition, the stage will be home to a variety of exciting cooking demonstrations hosted by chef and culinary expert Guy Wolley, paired with wine professional and television personality, Susy Atkins, who will provide each dish with the perfect glass of wine.

Atkins will also lead the Cave à Vins wine-tasting sessions, giving visitors the opportunity to sample a selection of fine French wine from the show’s exhibitions.

The Wine Theatre

Following last year’s sell-out, Neil Phillips, otherwise known as The Wine Tipster, will return to lead the Wine Theatre, offering tutored wine and champagne masterclasses throughout the weekend. Through his informative sessions, Phillips will also showcase a selection of his favourite wines from vineyards across the regions of France.
