The National LIS Awards, which aims to celebrate excellence in the private rented sector, is set to take place on Thursday 15 November 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Organised by the same team behind the National Landlord Investment Show, the awards will see more than 400 people from across the industry gather for an ‘evening of entertainment and celebration’. This will include landlords/investors and professionals from finance, legal, tax, development, letting agent, online agent, auction house, local authority, landlord insurance, PropTech and innovation firms.

Companies are now being urged to enter the awards, with 14 different categories on offer, including:  Developer of the Year, Best Lettings Agency, Best Online Agency, Best Auctioneers, Best Investment Provider and Crowdfunding Platform of the Year.

The judging panel, meanwhile, will include Richard Bowser (editor of Property Investor News), Simon Zutshi (founder of Property Investor Network), Marie Parris (chief executive of George Ellis Property Services), property expert Kate Faulkner, Carolyn Uphill (chairman of the NLA) and Nat Daniels (chief executive of Angels Media, the company behind Landlord Today, Property Investor Today and The ValPal Network).

Media partners include Landlord Today, Property Investor Today, Property 118, Property Tribes and LandlordZone.

To enter the National LIS Awards, you can visit www.national-lis-awards.co.uk, where a full list of sponsorship opportunities including main sponsors, category sponsorships, table bookings and individual tickets is also available.
