The National Landlord Investment Show is set to head back to London Olympia for its 57th show on June 14.

This follows the success of its March show at the venue, which saw over 4,000 UK portfolio landlords in attendance. The event aims to provide solutions, advice and networking opportunities for investors in the buy-to-let market throughout the UK.

The June show will see the Expert Property Panel, which is expected to host over 450 landlords and investors for debate. The open panel will focus on how landlords can effectively manage their taxes and finances, while the afternoon session will cover the process of local councils and the legislation and differences in each borough.

Speakers include Tony Gimple, founding director at Less Tax 4 Landlords, David Whittaker, chief executive officer of Mortgages for Business and Key Stone Property Finance, Nicole Bremmer, property investor and developer, Charles Haresnape, chief executive officer of Gate House Bank and David Smith, partner and mediator at Anthony Gold. More will be announced soon.

A complimentary panel will also be available for visitors on a first come, first serve basis, with some of London’s councils discussing the checks, fees, standards and procedures in each borough.

Additionally, the Build to Rent panel will feature: Nicola Fleet-Milne, chief executive officer at Fleet Milne Property, Dan Smith, head of land & agency at LOFT Interiors, Alec McKenzie, project sales director at LOFT Interiors and Michael Howard, managing director at Urbanbubble.

The show will also offer workshops for landlords and investors giving advice regarding accreditation, with substantial support from northern powerhouse suppliers from Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle.

Furthermore, investors can get advice from renowned industry suppliers on areas such as tax, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), Article 4 and incorporation. Exhibitors include Buy Association, Bedford Insurance, Elfin Kitchens, Envirovent, Glide, Howdens Joinery, State Bank of India, Mortgages for Business and The Loan Partnership.

There will be 42 additional complimentary seminars in the seminar rooms around the show floor, offering further insight for landlords and investors.

Shawbrook Bank says it is looking forward to supporting the Landlord Investment Show. “We have worked together for a number of years and it has always been important to Shawbrook to partner with organisations that support an educational approach designed to shed light across a variety of important topics including the economic environment and the regulatory landscape.”
