The National Landlord Investment Show returns to the Midlands for its second show of the year next week. Investors will be given the chance to connect with local and national suppliers at Villa Park, the famous old home ground of Aston Villa FC.

The exhibition – which takes place on Wednesday 16 May 2018 from 9am to 3.30pm – will offer attendees a host of leading suppliers of property investment, tax, legal, insurance and mortgage services, as well as featuring 14 seminars from prominent property experts.

Supported by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers and Asian Today for the third successive year, the show aims to give advice and an in-depth understanding of the investment opportunities available in both Birmingham and the Midlands as a whole.

Tracey Hanbury, Event Director from LI Media, responsible for running these events throughout the UK, said: “Our Midlands Show in 2017 was a very productive day, with a crowded exhibition hall and full seminar sessions – it’s great to be able to facilitate so many successful business connections in the local area.”

She added: “’Both our shows and monthly magazine offer advice to help seasoned landlords and investors, as well as those considering entering the buy-to-let market. We look forward to coming back to the Midlands on 16th May 2018 with the latest advice, suppliers and expert seminars.”

Throughout the day the two seminar theatres will host 14 speakers, offering top tips on both the UK and overseas buy-to-let markets and providing visitors with a chance to expand their knowledge and keep up-to-date with developments in the market, including Brexit and other topical issues. The speeches will also feature topics covering the entire spectrum of buy-to-let.

Furthermore, visitors are able to improve their business contacts at the Morning Networking Event taking place on the morning of the show. Held between 9am and 10am, it is being hosted by Simon Zutshi, author of Property Investors Network and founder of CrowdProperty.
