A four-bedroom home in the lush countryside of Warwickshire is set to go under the hammer at Loveitts May auction.

Nestled in the rural village of Wolvey, Warwickshire, the detached, four-bedroom home is just one of a number of properties being sold at the Loveitts auction.

Set on 0.8 acres of land with two private gated entrances, back-facing gardens and a spacious front, the property also boasts two large garages, both of which can be used as workshops to make it an ideal dual-purpose home for prospective buyers.

The well-presented property also features a fitted kitchen and dining room, as well as an en-suite in the master bedroom and a spacious parking area. The price is guided at £600,000 to £650,000 and is believed to be the prized lot at the auction.

Sally Smith, director and auctioneer at Loveitts, said this month’s auction provides a unique opportunity for potential house-hunters who are interested in a private countryside family home.

“We are confident that this home with prove incredibly popular at next month’s auction and we are expected a great deal of interest from potential home buyers,” she said.

“It is in a much-sought after location with beautiful countryside surroundings, making it an idyllic family home.”

She added: “With both back and front facing gardens it allows for a private setting but retains close links with the nearby towns of Hinckley and Rugby and surrounding motorway networks.”

The next auction will take place on Thursday May 17 at Coventry’s Village Urban Resort Hotel, Dolomite Avenue, starting at 6.30pm.
