A former Baptist church in Warwickshire will be available for prospective property buyers at the upcoming Loveitts auction.

Located in the countryside village of Temple Grafton, the Grade II listed property has D1 vacant possession and makes for a unique investment opportunity, guided at £100,000 to £125,000.

With Temple Grafton just six miles west of Stratford-upon-Avon and just a stone’s throw away from the A46 and major roads, the historic property is ideally located.

The team at Loveitts believe it will be one of the highlights of the auction, along with a Grade II listed house in Coventry’s Tile Hill, a plot of land in Leamington Spa’s Nursery Lane, a three-bedroomed end terraced property near Warwick University and a popular fish and chip shop in Nuneaton.

“The Baptist church offers property hunters an exclusive opportunity to purchase a unique property in a historic village that dates back to pre-Norman times,” said Sally Smith, director and Auctioneer at Loveitts.

“This property is inevitably going to prove popular at our next auction and we’re expecting a great deal of interest from both property developers and commercial investors.”

She added: “Properties such as the Baptist church once again proves that auctions provide excellent opportunities to purchase unusual and unique lots that have the potential for both private and commercial use.”

The next Loveitts auction is being held at Coventry’s Village Urban Resort Hotel, in Dolomite Avenue, on May 17 from 6.30pm.
