The UK’s largest exhibition catering to the needs of property investors, landlords and home buyers returns for its spring edition this month.

Held at ExCeL London on 20 and 21 April, the Property Investor & Homebuyer Show offers a business and networking event to property professionals and others within the industry.

The show boasts 15 live consultations in the private rental and buy-to-let sectors. At the ‘Great Landlord’s Debate’ sessions, experts with over 50 years’ experience in the sector will take to the panel to discuss the latest subjects in buy-to-let; such as tax, universal credit, Brexit, property management and finance.

Paul Shamplina, founder of Landlord Action and star of Channel 5 series “Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords” will host the first of the two ‘Great Landlord’s Debate’ sessions. The TV personality will be joined by Peter Littlewood of iHowz, Eric Walker of Northwood Lettings and Eddie Hooker of Hamilton Fraser.

Vanessa Warwick, property expert, entrepreneur and founder of Property Tribes, will host the second debate, joined by Paul Shamplina, Kate Faulkner of Designs of Property and Richard Blanco of NLA.

Entry to both the exhibition and seminar programme is free. Doors open at 10am on both days.
