Registration for the latest National Landlord Investment Show is now open. The event, being held at Olympia London on March 15 2018, is part of the UK’s leading landlord exhibition, with the National Investment Show having played host to 15,000 landlords and investors, 600 exhibitors and 180 speakers throughout 2017.

Thanks to the success of its national shows in 2017, three National Landlord Investment shows will be held at Olympia in 2018. The shows aim to provide solutions, networking opportunities and advice for new and seasoned buy-to-let investors operating throughout the UK.

The March show will feature the Expert Property Panel, first launched in 2017, and is expected to host 450+ landlords and investors in a debate on tax and how landlords can manage their taxes and finances more effectively. The afternoon session, meanwhile, focuses on local councils – understanding their processes, legislation and differences in each borough.

Speakers include Tony Gimple, Managing Director at Less Tax 4 Landlords, Emma Cox, Sales Director for the Commercial Property Finance Division of Shawbrook Bank, and Russell Conway, Senior Partner at Oliver Fisher Solicitors and a regular on LBC Property Hour. Marie Parris, chief executive officer of George Ellis Property Services, will resume her duties as presenter.

The local councils’ property panel will be hosted by some of London’s councils and will give visitors the chance to find out about the checks, fees, standards and procedures in each London borough. Attendance at the panel is complimentary and on a first come, first served basis.

The shows will also feature a number of new workshops and regional features, giving landlords and investors’ advice in areas such as accreditation. A number of suppliers from Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle will provide expert support at these tailored workshops.

Additionally, there will be a number of exhibitors on hand to give advice on areas such as tax, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), Article 4 and incorporation, as well as going into further detail about what investors can do about the new tax regulations on landlords.

Exhibitors include BuyAssociation, Bedford Insurance, Elfin Kitchens, Envirovent, Glide, Howdens Joinery, State Bank of India, Mortgages for Business and The Loan Partnership.

The show floor will also play host to 37 additional complimentary seminars in the seminar rooms scattered throughout the venue.

Visitors can register for the show at landlordinvestmentshow.co.uk. For exhibitor enquiries, please call 020 8656 5075 or visit landlordinvestmentshow.co.uk/exhibit.
