The Overseas Property Show returns to Birmingham this weekend, showcasing hundreds of luxury properties in Portugal, Spain, Cape Verde and California.

Taking place at Birmingham’s National Motorcycle Museum on 27-28 January 2018 (open 10am-6am daily), the show allows a wide range of lavish overseas homes to be viewed under one roof. It is designed to help investors diversify their portfolios, guiding people through the buying process and helping them to find their ideal property abroad.

Attendees are also able to listen, for free, to industry experts giving their expert advice and top tips on the real estate markets in the above locations.

“The show promises to be the signature property event of the year 2018,” a spokesman said. “We’re confident that there will be something for everyone at this event. For those seeking financial support to fulfil their overseas property goals, our team of qualified professionals will be at the event to give a presentation detailing the analysis and comparison of the best overseas property mortgage options available.”

In addition to property agents, other professional services will be on hand to answer questions on tax, currency and legal and financial matters. Industry experts are also on hand to answer any questions attendees have, as well as talking people through the process of buying abroad

“Investing in property has always been a good option and, over the long-term, property investments continue to outperform other asset classes,” the spokesman added.

“With many domestic markets saturated, however, and housing becoming an increasingly political concern, investors now are looking globally and focusing attention on the more exclusive end of the market – which carries less risk and where returns can be greater.”
