A new boutique development, Les Granges de l’Epinette, has been launched by French property developer MGM French Properties in the resort of Vallandry.

Comprising 34 apartments boasting efficient family living space, classic interiors and panoramic views of Mont Blanc, each home within the development is available for outright purchase.

Each unit boasts a private balcony, underground parking, ski locker and cellar. They are also complete with open-plan living areas, spacious bedrooms, sleek bathrooms and fully-fitted kitchens.

Prices start at €275,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, €405,000 for a two-bedroom, €525,000 for a three-bedroom and €740,000 for a four-bedroom.

As available sites for developments are rare, the decision to invest in the Alps is an astute one, as properties should see a strong capital appreciation over time, according to MGM.

Located in one of Europe’s largest ski areas of Paradiski, Vallandry stands at 1600m and benefits from national and international transport links, with Geneva and Lyon airports both under three hours away by car.

Les Granges de l’Epinette has been intricately designed using high-quality materials, such as timber and copper. Slate roof tiles and stone fittings also combine to create a charming and rustic mountain chalet. The development is ideally located close to the centre of Vallandry, with the Vanoise Express, Vallandry chair lift and open-air gondola Lonzagne just a short walk away.

Richard Deans, sales manager at MGM, said the new development is a ‘fantastic addition’ to the resort of Vallandry, with the outright purchase availability attractive for savvy purchasers looking for an alternative to a leaseback apartment.

He added: “Les Granges de l’Epinette is extremely convenient for the entire Paradiski area and each apartment boasts its own balcony with immense panoramic views, whilst the classic interiors create a homely environment to relax in after an action-packed day.”

“We envisage these selling to families, couples and individuals that are keen skiers and have a passion for the outdoors all year round,” Deans added.

Skiing enthusiasts, hikers, explorers and bikers can enjoy at their leisure, as Paradiski offers alternative activities during warmer seasons. The Vanoise National Park is in close range, stretching over 53,000 hectares, and an efficient space for mountain biking, paragliding and wildlife spotting.
