Specialist commercial property auction and investment house, Acuitus, has recruited Peter Mayo as an investment director.

Richard Auterac, chairman of Acuitus, commented on the new appointment. “The auction sector is attracting an unprecedented wave of private investors and we remain committed to providing our selling and buying clients with access to the highest quality of expertise.”

“Peter is a hugely experienced property professional with a wealth of experience in the auction market. He brings a new dimension to our team.”

Having formerly worked at Allsop for 18 years, Mayo commented: “Acuitus has created a new approach to the auction sector which combines a commitment to excellent personal service for clients with market-leading research and an established track record of successfully bringing to market assets from across the commercial property sector.”

He added: “It has a fresh and highly focused approach and is a leader in its sector. I’m very much looking forward to a new, broader working opportunity with the Acuitus team and its expanding client base.”
