Buy-to-let investors and property enthusiasts will descend on the Olympia Conference Centre in London tomorrow where they will be able to obtain free expert advice to help guide them with their investments.

With so much change and uncertainty in the market, the National Landlord Investment Show is a must-visit for all existing and prospective buy-to-let investors, with visitors able to attend seminars and stands covering all the biggest industry issues from the stamp duty and buy-to-let tax changes to the general election result and its impact on the private rented sector.

The show, with is on from 9am until 4.30pm, will feature a series of expert property panel discussions, with speakers including Iain Duncan Smith, former Secretary of State for Work and Pensions 2010-2016 and David Smith, economics editor at The Sunday Times. 

The expert panel, which will take place in the Auditorium Theatre seating over 400 delegates, will discuss existing issues that landlords face, including Brexit, licensing, tax, finance, immigration and the results of last week’s general election.

Also speaking as part of the panel is Carolyn Uphill, chairman of the National Landlords Association, Richard Bowser, editor of Property Investor News, Tony Gimple at Less Tax for Landlords and Marie Parris, managing director of George Ellis Property Services.

The panel is free to attend for visitors that register their interest online and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition to the expert property panel, other show features include a morning networking event, more than 100 suppliers of buy-to-let services, over 40 speaker sessions, part of the largest seminar programme to date, as well as complimentary advice and coverage on tax, finance, Brexit, the general election, investment fundamentals, evictions, mortgages, tenancy deposits, plus more.
