LBC’s ‘The Property Hour’ returns

A popular property radio show returned to the airwaves on LBC yesterday. 

‘The Property Hour’, which is sponsored by Direct Line Landlord Insurance, will be broadcast every Thursday, from 9pm – 10pm, for 13 weeks and is once again being hosted by Clive Bull who will be discussing housing issues and trends with various property market analysts and commentators, including Kate Faulkner.

“I really enjoyed taking part of in the show during the most recent series and look forward to 13 more weeks of demystifying the property market, how to carry out property projects successfully and solving people’s problems,” said Faulkner.

“The popularity of the show highlights the need for expert independent advice and I hope we’ll be able to continue tackling the less transparent aspects of renting or owning a property. We aim to offer practical advice to help landlords and tenants navigate the private rented sector,” she added.

The programme will continue to feature interviews with leading experts from the property market, relevant news items from the week and a short dedicated weekly sponsored feature that will focus on specific issues facing landlords.
