Allsop has launched a new online lettings agency service to help improve and further enhance and support the management of investment grade blocks and to service build to rent.

The new service has been designed to fully support the leasing stages of property developments and to provide a step change in customer focus and service, while the new website has been developed to make the letting process easier for both landlords and residents.

The upgraded online platform provides the ability to fully showcase developments, from crucial marketing exposure through to tenancy management, while people can take 3D virtual tours and book viewings online.

They can then reserve a property by making a simple advance online payment and, once references and right to rent checks have been passed, they can sign legal contracts digitally.
