Given the recent introduction of a number of less favourable tax changes relating to buy-to-let properties in the UK, property investors in this country could be forgiven for thinking that now may be a good time to consider investing in property overseas.

Investing in a property abroad has long been a dream for many people, and for good reason, as some markets abroad offer higher rental yields and better prospects for capital growth when compared with the UK property market.

UK and international property investors will be offered the chance to meet and discuss overseas projects with property developers, agents and mortgage brokers from a whole host of countries this weekend when A Place in the Sun Live returns to Olympia London tomorrow for a three-day overseas property exhibition (6th – 8th May 2016).

Property agents from across the globe will exhibit an array of properties whilst experts will also be on hand to offer advice on property, finance, tax and legal matters for those who are considering an overseas property purchase.

The London show offers a dedicated ‘French Village’, several country specialist pavilions, including Italy, Portugal and Florida as well as a wide range of Spanish property specialists.

The Hub, the live stage area, will be packed with presentations and seminars from leading overseas property experts from all over the world, answering questions and chaired by A Place in the Sun Magazine’s editor, Liz Rowlinson.

The presenters of the television show, Jasmine Harman, Laura Hamilton, Ben Hillman and Amanda Lamb will be on hand to answer questions throughout the weekend.

Here is the list of exhibitors for the London Olympia Show.
