Property investment platform Cogress recently raised £1.35m in just 24 hours. The company, who aim to make investment accessible and transparent, used the money to fund four new-build luxury gated townhouses in Fulham.

Located on Filmer Street, in the heart of desirable South West London, the 5,909 sq ft new residential project will be carried out by The nu:group, a high-end property and investment company.

The new development will offer luxury living space, off-street parking and manicured landscape gardens.

October 2017 is the estimated exit date, with the residential development set to garner more than £7m at sale.

Cogress allows its investors to get started with as little as £20,000, enabling them to access £2m+ property investment opportunities which are normally restricted to large investors.

“The enthusiasm with which our community of more than 1,600 registered investors responded to this project shows the strong appetite for intelligent investment opportunities in a market that continues to be incredibly dynamic,” Tal Orly, CEO of Cogress UK, commented.

“Following a successful first year in the UK, where we built a portfolio of more than 25 investments, and worked with some of the top developers in the country, this project in Fulham once again perfectly reflects our commitment to securing the best investment opportunities for our network of investors, while contributing to the wider growth of quality housing in London.”
