Software giant announces PRS software solution

Qube Global Software has announced that it has developed a unified management tool for the Private Rented Sector (PRS) model. 

The tool aims to help PRS developers to run their entire property operation from one provider. This includes activities such as sourcing tenants, processing tenancies and financial management. 

Qube says that it saw a gap in the market due to the continued growth of the PRS and a need for software which enables developers manage buildings and tenancies while reporting on the financial performance of the asset. 

To do this, the software firm has integrated two of its products: property management software Qube PM and sales and lettings solution Qube SLM. 

Developers in the sector will now benefit from accessing a single source of information across their investment portfolio, aiming to ensure efficient management and maximum returns.
