Northern Ireland‘s leading property website PropertyPal has launched a brand new property search Android app, making it easier for users to browse properties available for sale or rent in the area.

The Android app, developed by Apadmi, joins the revamped iPhone app, which was launched in July.

On the new app, users can browse through a list of properties and can filter their search by price, style and popularity to make finding a home even easier.

The app also boasts a unique ‘Draw a Search’ feature, enabling users to map out a specific area that they wish to carry out their search.

These searches can be saved and users can receive emails when new properties become available within this set area, meaning buyers are constantly kept up-to-date.

Errol Maxwell, managing director of PropertyPal.com, commented: “Mobile is crucial to our business, it now makes up 70% of all visits to PropertyPal so continuous investment in this area is important to us. Now we can offer a suite of apps that boasts a smoother and more intuitive user experience allowing for quicker and easier property searching. “

Nick Black, co-founder and director at Apadmi, added: “The new app provides an excellent search experience and will help PropertyPal to transform the property sector, giving people the ability to find their perfect home from the comfort of their armchair whilst also being connected to property agents 24 hours a day.”
