A London-based property tech venture is aiming to disrupt “the property investment market by creating a community of like-minded individuals who actively contribute on a social and intellectual level to create wealth”.
Kwikhomes are based in Canary Wharf and describe themselves as “a full-service prime property investment advisory and lifestyle company representing clients worldwide”.
The venture, which had been in the pipeline for over a year before launching on December 4, aims to level the playing field by enabling investors to access exclusive off-plan and off-market prime properties on their cloud based platform.
The plan is to build a community of carefully selected investors from all around the world, with all contacts initiated via private referrals and invitations. Each member will have a dedicated account manager to cater to all their individual needs. This, Kwikhomes claims, will allow engagement with a network of like-minded individuals and companies “who share the same values in lifestyle and a passion for property”.
